Wave Soldering

Every adapter is made of shell, PCB and cable. But a complete PCB is made of many components, such as IC, Transformer, Capacitor, Rectifier Bridge, Inductance, Fuse, etc. All those components have to be fixed on the PCB by material tin. How to make it, the Wave Soldering does. The high temperature in the machine melts the tin, then the liquid tin hold the components and PCB together. When the PCB is transported out from the conveyor, the low temperature colds the tin to be solid state, a complete PCB is finished.

This PCB is not the PCB we need, they will be arranged to next process, called clearing. Because the components come with feet, the feet are designed to match with the holes on the PCB, but if the foot is too long, there is a risk to cause the short circuit when the adapter works. So we need clear the long feet on the PCB.

There is a good news, we have bought another new machine, a Laser Engraving Machine. It means we can print the logo in our factory from now on. And, we can design the logo for our clients base on your requirements. It will save much time on the production schedule and easy to make a correction when some mistake happens.
