New equipment - Burn-in test machine

With the increasing of our production volume, to keep our products' quality, our company bought two new burn-in test machines as following.

The new burn-in test machine bring us big help at this special period. Because of the limit of aging test, we can only make less than 3000pcs power adapter per day, now we can finish double the quantities. It's a big progress in our company, and it helps us transfer the goods to our clients before the delivery date.

In the picture is one of the scenarios in our factory, workers are busy in packaging the goods which must be tested for few hours before being sent out.

Next post I will introduce our another new equipment--Wave soldering, one of the most important equipment in out production line.
